We are pleased to invite you to the day dedicated to the INFN Gender Mentoring Program (GMP) on 7 November 2023 from 2.30pm to 7pm at the Sala Salvini of the Frascati National Laboratories.

The main purpose of the day is to share a reflection on the value of mentoring and its impact on our working community.
The meeting will be an opportunity to launch the third edition of the mentoring program and also to establish a GMP “ALUMNI” network, which will include all those who have participated in the program in the past, both as mentors and mentees.
By sharing the experiences, knowledge and skills accumulated over time, we will be able to create a unique synergy that will strengthen the effectiveness of the program in the long term, offering an important opportunity for inspiration, support and empowerment not only for new participants.
