The third plenary meeting of our mentoring programme took place in Naples, at the University of Naples Federico II. It was a crucial moment, marking the beginning of the final phase of the programme.
The meeting offered the opportunity for a collective review of individual experiences, with the aim of bringing out, through discussion, the cornerstones of an effective process to promote gender equality in academic and scientific contexts.
The meeting concluded with the start of a shared work aimed at the elaboration of concrete proposals, resulting from the dialogue between mentor and mentee, to strengthen the transformative value of the mentoring process, which will be presented on the launch day of the next edition.
